My video and sound in ubuntu run slowly after of finishing a movie, I've that restart laptop help

My problem is it, initially my sound and video work very goog, I can to watch a movie or to talk by skype, but after of this so when the movie ends or I finished to talk by skype, my sound dont run and my video is very slowly, for to give solution to this problem I've to restart my laptop. Please I d'nt want that my sound and video have problems after to watch a movie, tv-internet, or talk by skype.

Please, can you tell us what is your video card, video driver, CPU ?
Can you also tell the highest CPU usage you will see using the command top ?

Video card: INTEL GMA 3100, INSP 1420 - GLOSSY, HIGH CONTRAST, - WIDESCREEN 14.1 I

Video driver: I don't find it.

sound card: HD AUDIO 2.0

the machine cpu is down, In the atach file, I send you the cpu usage and sound properties, the picture was save in the moment that the sound card don't run and the video was very slow.

NOTE: I find the reason for this problem, it happen when I used youtube or some sound with firefox, after I want to listen mp3 or watching a movie, the sound don't run and the video is very slow.
