Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
I am accessing a java applet that generates direction fields for differential equations. The important thing is that on one of the screens the applet generates there is a File > Print option but when I click I get a message saying that some browsers don't let you print this way --"Check browser documentation." The key word was "Security." I gather that in XP one can slide a protection thing to allow looser control -- but doesn't appear possible with FF3. Sure wish it were -- I like the print quality under ubuntu better than anything I ever got under XP.
Thx again
Mike Gallagher
PS to find the program google "dfield" and take first selection off the return screen

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04? Thanks in advance.
