Bug Description
It's possible to enter international characters in lyx using breezy's standard locale settings (*-utf8), but the following two examples show that the utf8-support is really buggy.
example #1
Open a new lyx document
Enter some non-standard character (i.e. "jag hatar åäö")
Make it a section
Choose Navigate in the menu and "åäö" will be shown as something else
example #2
Copying and pasting international characters from other application (gedit) also makes those characters unreadable.
bug workaround:
export LANG=sv_SE (or whatever language you prefer)
