Missing/Not working Right-Click menu search function

Since 1.2.x a Right click context menu "Search Subtitles" was added in order to perform selective subtitles searches.
Installing 2.0.1 over 1.2.4 the context menu "Search Subtitles" is still present but it is not working, even after association with the new run.exe executable.

The function is very useful and it is worth performing the correction.

Related: When launching the application via right click it is useful the language filters are "remembered" and used.
Related: Maybe the same applies for "Upload subtitles" context menu.

SD 2.0.1 doesn't have the context menu available yet, we are working to support them the same way 1.2.9 did.
The reason you are still have the context menu it's because they were not deleted from the 1.2.9 installation.
