evince doesn't print some pdf and ps files

When I open a pdf or ps file, evince works but then if I want to print it , I have the message " Impossible d'ouvrir le document Type MIME non pris en charge : "text/plain". "
I have checked the files clicking right on them to have their properties and the indication is Type MIME : application/pdf for my files pdf and Type MIME : application/postscript for my files ps.

Thanks for taking the time to report this problem and helping to make Ubuntu better.

Is there any file that can be provided with which this problem can be reproduced? Without it, I fear it will be very difficult to reproduce and fix this problem.

Hello,

I'm sending you 2 files which give problems. I just want to add the
following : it concerns /Programme_audition/_juin_2008. I have the
message I gave you yesterday when I want to print pages 1 and 3, but
/Evince /works perfectly with pages 2 and 4, i.e I obtain the "Aperçu
avant impression" (see joint-file .png), and then when I click on the
button Print, I have the indicated page printed.

I have tested the file with Hardy 8.04 and could not reproduce the problem. Could you please try if you get the same error when you use Hardy or the Hardy live-CD.

I have reinstalled Gutsy Gibbon this week-end because I had different
problems with Synaptic and other programs, and now Evince works fine, I
no longer have any problem.
