Binary package hint: gcalctool

Steps to reproduce:
1. Chose "Scientific" from the "View" menu.
2. Set "Dec".
3. enter 256
4. Set "Hex"
5. The result is '10' ??

thanks for your report, not here, the result is displayed as 100 which is ok, may you see if expanding the calculator size you get the right result? could be a side effect of bug 202210, thanks.

I have the same problem.

Steps to reproduce.
1. Chose "Scientific" from the "View" menu.
2. Set "Dec".
3. enter 256
4. Acc, set to "0" (Zero)
4. Set "Hex"
5. The result is '10' ??

Further testing shows that the accuracy does work at all. Simple case:
1. Open GCalctool in scientific mode
2. Set accuracy to 0 decimal places
3. Enter 1000000
4. Press enter
10 will be displayed instead of 1000000.

This does not occur in GCalctool 5.26.x (Jaunty)
