Disable automatic debian/changelog change

Bug Description

Binary package hint: germinate

germinate-update-metapackage updates debian/changelog automatically. This is annoying for me because I don't use the same versioning scheme as Debian and Ubuntu for my custom packages.

I've made a small patch that add a --nodch arguments to disable automatic update to debian/changelog.

This bug was fixed in the package germinate - 1.3

---------------
germinate (1.3) unstable; urgency=low

  [ François-Denis Gonthier ]
  * Add --nodch option to germinate-update-metapackage (LP: #242374).

  [ Colin Watson ]
  * Follow Recommends if 'feature follow-recommends' is set in the seed
    STRUCTURE file.
  * Document seed headers in germinate(1) (suggestion from François-Denis
    Gonthier).
