Bug Description
Binary package hint: dhcp3-server
After I put my laptop to sleep and wake it back up, it fails to issue dhcp leases until i restart dhcp3-server. Ubuntu version is 8.04, dhcp3-server version is 3.0.6.dfsg-

is the dhcp server running on the laptop? thats what it sounds like from your report (but that would be a bit odd)
whats is the dhcp server running on if not the laptop?
has the laptop dropped its inital ip when it sleeps, and refuses to get a new lease on boot?
