moving an icq contact from one group to an other ends up with the user need to re accept contact

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pidgin

userA:
have :
a list of contact ( msn1,msn2..,icq1,icq2...)
a lits of gourps [group1(msn1,icq1); group2(msn2,icq2)]

when UserA moven contact icq2 from gourp2 to group1 the contact icq2 recieves a request to authorise UserA even that he already way a confirmed contact
i was able to reproduce this issue one ubuntu and on fedora ( i assume this is either related to pidgin or to the protocol)

There is another bug also: when choose another group for icq contact, the contact disappear.
