Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

It was fixed after I restarted my computer. :) I guess I forgot to add
that...

When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they discovered that pens
would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists
spent a decade and $12 million developing the ball point pen that writes in
zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface including glass
and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300C.

When confronted with the same problem, the Russians used a pencil.
