Please sync mcpp 2.7.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Debian has a new version and it has all the latest Ubuntu changes. The watch file is working very well..

Builds fine in Intrepid PPA.

mcpp (2.7.1-0ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #240167), remaining changes:
    - debian/watch: Update download location
    - debian/control: Adjust Maintainer field as per spec
       (mcpp is in universe since hardy!)
  * Dropped changes:
    - No need to add mcpp-doc package as Debian already has one
    - No need to add Conflicts line as xrdb is not in Ubuntu
       any more

You don't need to do a merge, because the watch file change can be dropped too. It currently works nice.

mcpp (2.7-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * debian/control, debian/rules: Provide packages libmcpp0 and
     libmcpp0-dev as well as mcpp (Closes: #474169).

   * src/Makefile.am: Build mcpp with libmcpp.
   * src/main_libmcpp.c: New file.
   * Makefile.am: Install mcpp.1 even if MCPP_LIB is defined.

     debian/mcpp.install: New files.
   * debian/rules: Enable dh_install and dh_makeshlibs.
     Supply ac_cv_func_stpcpy=no to configure option to avoid GCC bug.
