    - Added XSBC-Original-Maintainer
    - debian/control: Add liblash-dev as a build-dependency per request
      in #ubuntustudio/Freenode.

The patch you supply does not provide the changes you claim in the changelog entry, and what is in there is not documented (debian/patches/02_gcc_4.3.patch). It looks like the debdiff is not what you think it is :-)
