add avatar support

Add avatars using the gravatar (http://en.gravatar.com/) service.

Patch made off of trunk r47.

Is there anything I need to do to get this applied?

Sorry, I got a little annoyed with Google AppEngine since I ran up against
that 1000 row limit. Let me look at the patch and apply it tommorrow.

No problem. I wouldn't mind help making the application run with and without appengine so that it can be hosted easily on ones own servers.

Hi, I added you to the meow-developers team in launchpad, that should give
you access to push changes to any branch under the ~meow-developers folder.

I also sent you an invite for the meow appengine application. You'll be
able to push up changes.

Let me know if that works for you.
