Hi Gokul,

You reported this bug a while ago and it hasn't had any recent activity. Care to confirm this is still an issue with the latest Alpha for the upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 as it is actively being developed. You should be able to test via a LiveCD - http://www.ubuntu.com/testing. Please let us know your results. If the issue still exists, per the kernel team's bug policy, can you please attach the following updated information. Please be sure to attach each file as a separate attachment.

* cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
* dmesg > dmesg.log

Additionally, it seems this report should have been made against the 'linux' kernel package (at least based on the wireless driver you are using). I'm going to go ahead and retarget this against the 'linux' package. It's best if bug reports target one specific issue - so lets focus on the wireless issue first. Thanks.

Fred L's solution in the bug mentioned below seemed to have fixed my issue:

Please feel free to change the status (i.e. close, duplicate etc ...) of this bug accordingly.

Thanks.
