That's because the file '/usr/include/ bio2jack. h' has moved from package libbio2jack0 0.7-0.1build1 in Gutsy to package libbio2jack0-dev 0.9-1 in Hardy.
libbio2jack0-dev 0.9-1 probably needs to conflict with libbiojack0 0.7-0.1build1 ?
