Hi,

 $sudo gnome-language-selector
 After choose thai language support, i can't config proxy in firefox-3.0
(Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Network->Settings)

Please keep it enabled and open
chrome://browser/locale/preferences/connection.dtd in firefox and if
it succeeds to display something, please paste what you see here.
