flash crashes browser all the time

when ever I go to a web site and it try s to load a flash play fire fox continuously crashes over and over,example,you tube,local weather web site that uses flash.

Hi, I get a crash whenever I try to use Flash for any audio or video playback. Crashes all browsers, not just Firefox. If this requires a new ticket, please say and I'll raise it.
