smburi.py was added to system-config-printer upstream. Therefore I have packaged it to get installed by system-config-printer-common. system-config-printer-kde does not need to ship it any more. So please remove it from system-config-printer-kde. It is not needed any more there.

(as just written on irc, this will also need (versioned, once the duplicate file is removed from system-config-printer-kde) conflicts in system-config-printer to ensure that the upgrade path is not broken.
