Ubuntu deltas were:

 python-fuse (1:0.2-pre3-4ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low
   * Use cdbs python-distutils class.
   * Build packages for multiple Python versions (LP: #199618).

both Ubuntu changes were merge into debian in version 0.2-pre3-5

Here's Debian Changelog since current intrepid version:

 python-fuse (1:0.2-pre3-6) unstable; urgency=low

   * priority is now optional (Closes: #478888).
