Can't select "Empty Trash" in Hardy

Bug Description

Moving files to trash can on Gnome desktop does not change the icon to its "full" state. Also, can't select "Empty Trash" option when either A) right-clicking on the icon or B) via Nautilis. Both are grayed out

From the picture, the trash appears to be empty. Try putting something in there first and post your results.

Ok, I don't know what happened, but I rebooted my laptop and now this appears to be fixed. Odd.
