Bug Description
The sticky notes applet exapands the note every note so the text fits into the note.
But if you paste big chunks of text it will expand below the screen. And it's
impossible to shrink it since the controllers to modify the size of the note are
below the screen.
It needs a scrollbar.

Thanks for your bug. It was already reported upstream: bugs.gnome. org/show_ bug.cgi? id=121883

As long as upstream is working on this (and they, too, suggested the scrollbar),
you can workaround this by holding the alt key and moving with the left mouse
key and resizing with the middle mouse key.
