Thanks for your bugreport.

This sounds like the server was just overloaded at this time, could you please try again and see if the upgrade works now?

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
This could be a problem with the servers getting overloaded. Could you try it again? You might also want to check you are connecting to the best server:

In System/Admin/Software Sources, in the drop down beside "Download From" Select "Other"
When the new window pops up, make sure your country is selected, then on the right click, "Select best server".

If you still don't have any luck, please could you add all the files contained in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ to your bug report as separate attachments?
