Thanks for reporting on this issue.
I can confirm most of those and those have already been fixed for the following Inkscape releases. However, I will see into whether it can still be amended for the next release of 0.46...

Several further changes committed in SVN (rev 18298) but two issues still outstanding - will investigate further - ie.
