Add/Remove... should (also?) be a direct child of the Applications

Bug Description

As we discussed on the xubuntu-devel mailinglist before, I think it would be a good idea to add Add/Remove... as a direct child of the Applications menu. The reasoning is that 1) it's logical to go to Applications->Add/Remove... when you want to add or remove applications, and 2) Seeing just "Add/Remove..." in the system menu is confusing.

To avoid confusing resulting from duplication it might also be an idea to remove Add/Remove... from the System menu, but just adding it also as a direct child would already be quite an improvement.

This bug was fixed in the package xubuntu-default-settings - 0.49

---------------
xubuntu-default-settings (0.49) jaunty; urgency=low

  * etc/xdg/xubuntu/:
    - menus/xfce-applications.menu: provides a xubuntu-specific desktop menu:
      + add gnome-app-install-xfce as a direct child of "Applications", and hide
        it from the System submenu (LP: #214809)
    - xfce4/panel/xfce4-menu-1.rc: open this menu file by default
    - xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml: add some
      key bindings for Xfce4-screenshooter (LP: #319735).
