hal problem with kernel 2.6.24-15

hal does not start after last kernel update with kernel 2.6.24-15
i think this should be related with the sound modules.
in attachment the dmesg output.
i think that <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/212093">this bug report</a> could be related to this problem
