Bug Description

Ubuntu 7.10 Applications Add/Remove offered the MacSlow Analog clock which didn't display
In Ubuntu 8.04 Beta it displays excellently in 12-hour modes, but 24-hour displays are out-of-sync.
(The attached screen picture shows an incorrect 24 hour display under a correct panel display.)

Thank you for your email.
I would class this as a 'nice to have, quick win', but not
vital bug to fix, because it's a great clock !

After a re-installation involving 266 Updates, the first removing conflict software, the MacSlow clock is better, as shown by new screen shot attached. The 24-hour display hour hand is very slightly out, but it's OK - great work by someone !
As you will see from the screen shot, you can have more than one instance, say a 12-hor clock across all virtual desktops plus a 24-hour clock on just one ! (It's things like these little desktop toys that'll help promote Hardy Heron.)

So, please close this Bug report, and thanks again !

PostScript - Next day, the problem is back, with 24-hour display hour hands being out of sync with correct 12-hour displays, but at least the 12-hour clocks are OK, so probably best ignored !

04 April 2008 Re-install to free space with x363 Updates including new 2.6.24-14-generic kernel seems to have finally fixed this one - see attached screen picture !
More great work by someone !

So, please close Bug Report #20423 !
