Unreadable plural formula on language page

Bug Description
The per-language overview page displays the plural formula as preformatted text. That means there's no line breaking, and the formula can spill over into the right-hand pane, overlapping other text and becoming very difficult to read.

I don't see any need for <pre> tags here. We already check the contents of the formula pretty carefully, and it's not hard to HTML-escape the formula.
