please remove from oracular archive for plasma 6 transition

Please remove these sources and binaries from oracular archive. Needed to migrate Plasma 6.

plasma-mobile

Somehow crept into our plasma updates, but not something we really support. Point in case that this is not maintained by the qt-kde team in debian, but by DebianOnMobile maintainers, who have not yet packaged Qt6 port.

This build depends on plasma 5 kpipewire, workspace and qqc2-breeze-style, so has to go to migrate plasma 6. It can of course come back at the point DebianOnMobile port the packaging.

I see the ...5...-dev build deps you mentioned.
Furthermore the reverse dependencies are:
- only recommends
- part of an alternative set that can still be satisfied without it
  Recommends: gnome-software | apper | packagekit-installer

I'd assume if apper over time goes away forever that will be dropped and if not it can come back with compat for v6.
