I've uploaded an update edubuntu-docs package about 5 hrs ago. It has the corrected dates. So hopefully when the template gets updated (should be soon?) then this will be fixed.

I knew about edubuntu-docs update (I was notified by the closing comment of bug #197138) and in fact most of other string are corrected, only this one is not yet fixed, that is "This version (Hardy Heron) was released in October 2007 so its version number is 8.04.". I will wait for the template gets updated.

Thank you

This bug was fixed in the package edubuntu-docs - 8.03.2

---------------
edubuntu-docs (8.03.2) hardy; urgency=low

  * Brown-paper-bag release (Closes LP: #207398):
    - regenerate .pot so that we get the right month/year for Hardy release
      Thanks to Giorgio Catanzaro for pointing it out.
