This bug was fixed in the package bonnie++ - 2.00a+nmu2ubuntu1

---------------
bonnie++ (2.00a+nmu2ubuntu1) oracular; urgency=medium

  * Build with distro build flags to enable frame pointers (LP: #2073790)
    - Makefile.in:
        + Switch to CXXFLAGS from CFLAGS
        + Use LDFLAGS
        + Respect dpkg-buildflags
    - debian/rules: Use DEB_CXXFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND over custom build flag
  * debian/tests/control: Allow stderr for smoke test
