Remove binary package ash from oracular

Please remove the binary package ash from oracular, because it was droped upstream with 0.5.12-7. See DebianBug # 920644 or the git-ubuntu importer commit https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dash/commit/?id=c8b242d348a5bab03e829a93db7490b2fb013642.

Just noticed that there is a reverse build dependency for ash:

$ reverse-depends -r oracular --build-depends ash
Reverse-Build-Depends
=====================
* shc

This issue is also in Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1072469

There does not seem to be reverse dependencies for shc:

$ reverse-depends -r oracular --build-depends shc
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends -r oracular --with-suggests shc
No reverse dependencies found

I check if shc can be build without ash or if ash could be replaced with a similar package.

output of `rmadison -s oracular ash` is empty, but no Archive Admin left a comment for manually removing the package, so apparently the package was removed automatically. Maybe because it is in the release pocket?
