Bug Description
Following visualvm plugins are uninstallable:
- VisualVM-Coherence: this plug-in provides a GUI to allow developers to view information about a running Coherence Cluster.
- VisualVM-JFR Streaming: support for Java Flight Recorder event streaming.

visualvm (2.1.8-2ubuntu1) oracular; urgency=medium
* d/control: require Netbeans platform version 19 (LP: #2069681).
* d/rules: disable --release option when building visualvm.
Netbeans platform nb-javac task uses --release option that hides sun.*
classes. VisualVM should be compiled with -source/-target options instead.
