silx autopkgtests fail with pytest 8.2 due to a known issue upstream: https://github.com/silx-kit/silx/issues/4128

There is an open PR upstream to fix the issue: https://github.com/silx-kit/silx/pull/4129/

I will provide a patch with the cherry-picked changes
