Bug Description
rocm-hipamd FTBFS on arm64 in noble due to https:/
Unfortunately, this will impact stdgpu as it depends on rocm-hipamd binaries. I would suggest that ROCm support should be disabled on arm64. Once glibc is fixed, support for ROCm on arm64 can be restored.
