Bug Description

The new ukui-session-manager in -proposed makes ubuntukylin-desktop(-minimal) uninstallable because it drops the alternative dependency on ubuntukylin-theme | ukui-themes in favor of a dependency on ukui-themes only, which conflicts with ubuntukylin-theme; but ubuntukylin depends on ubuntukylin-theme (which makes sense).

This is entangled in the time_t transition, so I am uploading ukui-session-manager to revert the dependency change. If some other change to the ubuntukylin seed is desired, I leave that to the Ubuntu Kylin team.
