Bug Description
veusz 3.6.2-1build2 has a wrong build-dep on libqt5widgets5. Packages should not build-depend on runtime libraries they should build-depend on -dev packages.
This makes the package unbuildable on armhf.

veusz (3.6.2-1ubuntu1) noble; urgency=medium
* Do not build build depend directly on Qt5 shared libraries in
d/control. Instead b-d correctly on qtbase5-dev and libqt5svg5-dev.
