alt-f2 forgets history after logging out of kde4

Bug Description
I run a few commands with alt-f2:
kate text1.txt
kate xorg.conf.new
after logging out and back into kde4 the history is gone, nothing appears then I click on that arrow in alt-f2 run dialog

This might happen if Plasma crashes when you logout and can therefore not safe the history.
Is this the case for you?
Does it still happen with KDE 4.0.3?
