Looks identical to bugs in several (all?) other language-packs, look at #205440.

I tried installing this:
sudo apt-get install langauge-pack-sv-base
sudo apt-get install langauge-pack-sv

Then fixed it with this:
sudo apt-get -f install

It worked for my system!
