Bug Description

Please remove phpdox from noble.

This was also removed from Debian testing and is blocking php-parser.

Please, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=813861 for further reference.

There is no need to block syncing for now.

$ reverse-depends phpdox
