Please merge dnspython 2.6.1-1 from Debian unstable

Ran autopkgtests. They fail because they need python3-trio 0.24.0-1. Now, we do have python3-trio 0.24.0-1 uploaded to noble-proposed, but it looks like the binary packages are missing because of a build failure seen only on LP builders.

... this fails to pull in python3-trio from noble-proposed. I don't see binary packages listed against the latest upload [1] and the build also appears to be failing [2].
