Linux upstream v6.8-rcX introduces a few API changes, inclusive of:

* d26270061ae6 string: Remove strlcpy()
  - It should be replaced by strscpy introduced in v4.3, commit 30035e45753b ("string: provide strscpy()")

Verification failed against older kernels (5.15-generic, 6.2-hwe). Headers under backport-include are not referenced, and oem-6.1 happens to have required changes backported, so it passes tests on oem-6.1/oem-6.5/6.5-generic/6.7-generic/6.8-generic.

Correct: usbio fix doesn't use backport-include trick, and usbio is only used for kernels >= 6.5, so comment #3 is invalid, and the fix is fine.
