Bug Description
Hello, I had Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon 7.10 but I upgraded to Hardy Beta 8.04. The tooltip that's shown when hovering the mouse over the workspace switcher blinks too much, just slightly moving it a pixel causes the tooltip to get redrawn. This shouldn't happen, and is annoying. Instead, the tooltip should just smoothly change for new data, without flickering off first.
