Only shows snaps

Hi,

Noble up to date, GNOME Software 45.2

Does only show snaps in search results.
Example:
- search for "xournal"
- search result is snap-only, deb package is not listed

I do not believe that other bug is related to this. I was also able to duplicate this issue in Debian Testing which does not have that patch.

When I ran gnome-software from the command line, I got these messages:

Only 0 apps for recent list, hiding
failed to get featured apps: no apps to show
Only 0 apps for curated list, hiding
Tried to set invalid release date: 2022

I am uploading gnome-power-manager 43.0-2 to fix the 2022 release date issue, but I don't think that is related to gnome-software not showing deb packages.

I have verified that Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, Ubuntu 23.10, and Debian 12 do not appear to be affected by this issue.
