Thumbnails are not displayed also for recently created or moved images in jpg, .png and .gif format.
On a directory (Pictures) i have some .PDF, .gif, .png and .jpg (images of which I see the thumbnails)
I copy the images to a different directory (Documents) and thumbnail are not correctly displayed

Not sure if this is fixed in 45.2, but gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer and evince-thumbnailer do generate the correct thumbnails.

it seems another fallout from the new apparmor restriction described in bug #2046844 and probably a conflict with the sandboxing in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-desktop/-/blob/master/libgnome-desktop/gnome-desktop-thumbnail-script.c

did you install the proposed version again? because the update didn't make it to the release pocket yet so it's not part of the ISO/standard installation

there is need to keep adding new comments, that bug has a fix available which is blocked in proposed, it doesn't need new information or confirmation that it is broken while the fixed version didn't land in the release pocket

Usually 'Fix Released' means RELEASED, when the fix is blocked in proposed the status is 'Fix Committed' so 'Fix Released' is confusing.
