Please support the new virtio-serial device name

LXD upstream has just merged a change (https://github.com/canonical/lxd/pull/12548) for exposing the virtio-serial device at a different name. The old name, `org.linuxcontainers.lxd` remains but a new one `com.canonical.lxd` is added. It would be nice if lxd-agent-loader would be updated to use the new name from now on.
