Without these packages, we can not enable the Intel MIPI camera.

Install these packages and exeute `sudo -E gst-launch-1.0 icamerasrc ! autovideosink` on the corresponding PCs.

The linux kernel/firmware updates/upgrades may probably break the Intel MIPI camera functionality.
