Bug Description

Today's Ubuntu Desktop 24.04 daily pending ISO fails on a system with network access. This error shows in the embedded terminal:

E: Clearsigned file '/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/_cdrom_dists_noble_Release' contains unsigned lines.

Here is a screenshot of a previous attempt. The install failed multiple times for me.
