1. Go to `Settings` > `Bluetooth`
2. Turn it on

Turn on successfully.

I have replace XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX with the Physical Address of Ethernet adapter Bluetooth Network Connection read on Windows.

I can confirm it works both now (Set unique wifi mac address & Set unique bluetooth mac address).
