Bug Description

Evergreen 3.11.1

On the View Holds screen in a title record it's not easy to tell where an item is coming from to fill the hold.

It would be helpful to have an Item Owning Library column that gets filled with the shortcode of the owning library of the current item (when a hold has a current item assigned to it).

Currently to see this you have to click on the Current Item barcode which opens up the item in Item Status. This works if you have a couple holds with current items but isn't very convenient when you have several holds with current items. Where we run into this the most is when libraries are bringing in additional copies for a bookclub. Almost every hold has a current item and each item is coming from a different library.

There is a column for Transit Source but it currently shows the org unit database ID rather than the shortcode. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1851705

For us the transit source and the item owning library aren't always the same so having both columns with usable values would be ideal.

Adds the item's circulating library shortname and changes the transit source from ID to shortname in the Angular holds grids.

Confirmed that the item circulating library column is available and transit source IDs display using the shortname in the Angular holds grids. Is it alright the item circulating library was added instead of the item owning library as requested in the summary? It is rare that the circ and owning library are different, but it does happen every so often, so I just wanted to be sure. I would think circ library may be preferred either way. I can sign off if so. Thanks!

Yes, item circulating library should work for us. In the cases where we need this information the circ and owning library will almost always be the same.

Looks good! Thanks Dan & Susan!

Fix committed and pushed back to 3.11 (did not apply cleanly to 3.10).
