Bug Description

[ Impact ]

The sound volume slider thumb borders are cropped as visible in:

[ Test case ]

 - Open gnome-shell quicklist, the volume slider thumb should not be cropped
 - The color should match the accent

[ Regression potential ]

Slider is not visible or has wrong color
